Team Progress

I have been working very hard over the past 2 weeks with Danny to re-vamp the MMT website. We have created a forum for MMT team members at http://mmtbuilder.com where the team is collaborating. Currently, our priorities include creating 3 new tour videos, and filling out the content for the site.

Danny had produced this video late last year. They ended up not using it on the site, and I thought that it would go well on YouTube. Let me know what you think. The video reviews some the the recent economic events that have brought us to this point, and then it talks about the Magic Media Team concept.

Conversion Rate

Well, it has been a couple of weeks since the Magic Media Team launched the site - and we have been increasing the advertising over the past weeks. Early indications are that many people are coming to the site - many have registered for the tour. Of those that are registered for the tour only a handful are going though the entire tour.

If you have been to the tour at http://mediadollars4u.com please let me know if you see how we can improve the flow and increase the reader's understanding of the system. I also want to get any feedback on the initial splash page. Is it generating the level of interest that is needed to have a person want to register for the complete tour.

Medias Looking for Alternatives in down economy

So with the economy down - what is the effect on the Medias out there? Well - they are looking for new sources of revenue because traditional sources are not meeting their needs. This fact really becomes apparent in this article titled: Media Dollars Drop Despite Election Year

End the Fed

This past weekend, I participated in the "End the Fed" gathering at the Federal Reserve Branch here in Salt Lake City. It made the KSL (local NBC) news that night. Here is the video, see if you can find me - I am in the background of part of the shot (holding the 'F'):

Validation

Well, this is not related to MediaDollars4U, but it is so good that I had to share it. I was browsing the internet today for online marketing ideas, and the CEO of "Multiple Stream Media" had this video posted on his blog.
